Our Return Policy
We handle returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy, however we do not accept returns or exchanges after 90 days from purchase date. Each and every one of our premium, high quality products are hand made to order, and we are confident our customers will be more than satisfied with them. These hand-crafted luxury products are made specifically for each order received. Therefore, exchanges or non-defective returns will incur a 20% handling fee. We will always do our best to take good care of our customers- helping you with sizing, style direction and the like. Custom Built Items
As each custom item is handmade to your unique design, we do not accept returns for custom items for any reason beyond production errors or defects. Returning Defective Items
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with images or a description of the defect or damage as soon as possible.
We will replace a defective item if replacement materials are in stock and available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs occurred.
